Can you pass a background check?
Yes! I am also Trauma Informed.
When is the best time to book?
As soon as you can. My availability drops quickly.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
If the event is cancelled for any reason, the Client shall inform us as soon as possible. If a date cannot be chosen to reschedule the deposit is forfeited. We are not responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation by either party. If we have to cancel you will be informed immediately and your deposit refunded.
How far will you travel?
I will travel 40 minutes from Clemson, SC before a travel fee is required.
When will you arrive?
When I arrive depends on the package you've chosen and what equipment I will be bringing. We will discuss this when booking.
Is tipping required?
Tipping is not required at private events but very much appreciated.
Does the deposit go towards the final payment?
Yes! The non-refundable deposit is part of the final price.
Do I need to provide anything?
No, I will bring everything needed.
Will boys enjoy the entertainment?
Yes! The stories are enjoyable for boys and girls of all ages.
Will you come to a venue?
Yes! As long as the venue permits outside entertainment.
Do you hire out for other events besides birthdays?
Definitely! I can be hired for any event that story telling or fairies fit.
When is the balance due?
The balance is due the day prior to the event.
What is your inclement weather policy?
In the event of inclement weather that would make it unsafe for me to travel to and perform at the event I have the discretion to cancel my attendance. Every attempt will be made to reschedule since it's likely the party would also be cancelled/rescheduled.
Do you require adult supervision when you are with the children?
Yes. I am not responsible for the children while I am entertaining.
Do you have a COVID policy?
The Actor and Client agree to comply with all applicable COVID-19 related health and safety regulations and guidelines, as issued by local, state, and federal authorities, at the time of the event. The Actor and Client acknowledge that the event may be cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19 related health and safety concerns, and agree to work together to reschedule the event if necessary. If the event is cancelled or postponed due to COVID-19, the Client shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the Actor in preparation for the event.
Can I choose the costume you wear?
No. My costume is part of my brand. Should I expand my character wardrobe the option may be added to choose.
